Upon placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days to have your order processed. (Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.)

Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered items and ship the packages out as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. To get your tracking number, simply email us support@aurapheromones.com and we will have it sent to you. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate. 

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping carriers may include but are not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Customers may choose expedited shipping options at an additional cost during the checkout process.

Shipping times are between 5-15 business days, shipping time varies on location
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are subject to change based on factors such as weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
  • United States: 3-4 business days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 9-15 business days
  • Europe: 7-12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-15 business days

Aura Pheromones is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.
