Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Aura Pheromones. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our Return Policy carefully for a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Important Exclusion: On subscription orders this refund window does not apply. When opted in for a subscription you will have a 30-day window to cancel after deciding to become a subscriber. After this 30-day window we unfortunately will not process returns. 

Our Return Process 

Step 1: To initiate a return, contact us at support@aurapheromones.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please reach out to us directly to initiate a return so we ensure a smooth and stress-free return process! 

Step 2: After reaching out to us via email and approve your return, you will have 7-10 business days to ship the item back to us. 

Step 3: The return process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the shipping time back to our warehouse. Upon receiving the item, we'll inspect it and process a refund within 72 hours.

Restocking Fee: To enhance your satisfaction, we impose no restocking fees on returned items. Your convenience is our priority.

Exclusion of Final Sale Items: Please note that final sale items are exempt from our return policy. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items labeled as final sale.

Assistance with Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, we are committed to providing assistance promptly. Please contact our Customer Support team at support@aurapheromones.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item, and we will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a positive experience.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if paid with a gift card. 


Exchanges: We understand that preferences may change. If you wish to exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@aurapheromones.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.


Refunds
Regarding refunds, we'll notify you after inspecting the return and inform you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
